Amazing service today, Naaman was very professional and patiently answered all of my children’s many questions from watching him care for our piano. Fiona was very helpful to communicate with when organising the tuning appt - clear about costs and payment methods upfront.

Naaman did an amazing job .
I feel like having a brand new piano after tuned by Naaman. I am enjoying the better resonance than before. And also he fixed the loosen screws of the removable musicstand without any charge.

I found both Naaman and Fiona to be the most capable piano restorers with beautiful people skills. Naaman really knows pianos. He even gave me a Billy Joel rendition on our newly beautified piano before leaving!! A lovely experience, leaving a perfect piano in the center of our lounge room. Very grateful! Sally von Bibra

Naaman not only tuned the piano, but also carefully checked the condition of the hammers, doing an excellent job. I've never had someone tune a piano so carefully. At the end of the tuning, he played a beautiful piece, and I was moved by the beautiful tone my piano produced.
